- This machine is mainly used for (1) drying screen plate after screen degreasing; (2) drying screen plate after coating photosensitive emulsion; (3) drying the finished screen plate; (4) short-term storage in the dark after coating photosensitive emulsion; (5) it is suitable for drying and curing products at 122-158°F(50-70 ℃).
- The machine can hold 6 screen frames with the external size of 35.4inch (90mm) long and 23.6inch(600 mm) wide. The height between each layer is 2.36inch(60 mm). Each layer consists of 5 stainless steel tubes with the diameter of 0.6inch(16 mm). The distance between each tube is 4.5inch, which is suitable for small screen plate.
- Two 1200W heat fans are used and the heat fan adopts PTC heating body and strong fan to improve heating efficiency. It has the function of timing and can work continuously. You can turn on one or both fans according to your needs.
- The machine is covered by high temperature resistant and full light shading coated fabric which are stuck to the machine by adhesive hook and loop strips. All the metal parts of the machine are treated with advanced electrostatic spraying which is corrosion resist, acid and alkali resist, and high temperature resist, scrub resist and not esay to rust.
- There are four slots on the front of the machine for the curtain. You can place the curtain rod in any of the slots when pick and place the frames according to your needs for better shading performance.
